The location was good, near the central commercial area, the cathedral, and several sherry producers.

It took an hour for someone to arrive when we got to the property, but the door lock/keypad was not functioning (it had been taped and the breakage was clearly not new), so we had to wait another hour for the owner/manager of the apartments to come and jerryrig an entrance with a key. The keypad was not fixed until the 5th day of our one week stay, and it is still not easy to open. The apartment is of average studio size, with the bed in an alcove, but the lighting is a few bare bulbs, inadequate at night, and the apartment is poorly equipped (no cooking supplies, no soap for the washer, etc.); when we brought this to the owner/manager's attention he told us he didn't think he needed to provide these supplies.
