T2 classé 3 étoiles - Le Léopardi - À 2 pas du lagon de La Saline-les-Bains

Nous étions déjà venus l'année précédente et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous sommes revenus Le logement nous avait agréablement conquis

L'ensemble : proximité du lagon, des commerces et un logement de qualité

L'emplacement, parking privé et sécurisé à deux pas du lagon tout m'a plus rien endroit fabuleux

Les lumières ne sont pas suffisantes pour des personnes malvoyantes Le canapé n est pas du tout confortable pour dormir Merci de préciser si il y a du liquide vaisselle si les locataires restent qu une seule nuit comme la vaisselle doit etre faite Le code pour la boîte à clés n avait pas ete mis sur le site j ai du appeler samedi après-midi et beaucoup insister pour avoir quelqu un pour avoir le code alors que la veille j avais appelé aussi et on m avait assuré que le code serait mis sur le site internet dans le livret. Laisser un petit guide simple explicatif pour la télé

Le canapé est vétuste et très inconfortable

I didn’t like their keycard system i was supposed to fo check/in on 03/09/2023 but i didnt succed to do it because of the deposit, the receptionist tried to contact me on sunday 03/09 when i was on plane , inorder to inform me that without the deposit i will not have rhe access of my room, i landed at evening and i saw the voice note that they left for me, i tried to call them but no one picked up the phone , it was at night 22:00PM i stayed outside the hotel more than one hour hoping maybe they will respond so i stared to searching for another hotel inorder to go to sleep I email them about the refund of my first night But until now I didn’t get the feedback

The view and location and the equipment are wonderful! The place is close to the beach and bakery! Wi-Fi works well!

Unfortunately It was a big challenge to go throught all the payments. There was a keylodhe system and I have been contacted by them. I had to photocopy my ID - without which I could not go further. I think It is against personal data policy. Deposit fee was too big for 6 nights It was 500 Euro. There was a lot of problems with paying deposit and therefore I have been send with the code to open the door just before arriving. What is more , google maps shows the wrong address so the whole thing was stressful. The last thing os booklet- IT is completly unclear - the info of the flat numer and Gate code was difficult to find. Although the flat is absolutely lovely, very clear with great location and venue! There is a bad light in the bathroom.
