"POR FAVOR, mejoren el tema del check-in"

Reservamos a través de Booking más de 20 estadías cada año. Nunca fue tan complicado conseguir las claves para el acceso De hecho, somos gente mayor y hemos tenido q pedir ayuda para poder hacerlo. Cuidado con el tema de la documentación. No es legal q incluyan las fotos de los documentos. Al departamento le faltan detalles como una tabla para cortar, una jarra, un cuchillo pequeño (puntilla) para pelar o cortar, un rollo de papel de cocina.... Pero volveríamos cada año en nuestro viaje a Jerez sin lugar a dudas, pero NO volveremos a hacerlo sólo por el tema del check-in. Una pesadilla

EL APARTAMENTO ESTA MUY BIEN, PERO MIENTRAS HAY GENTE EN LA PLAZA ES CASI IMPOSIBLE DORMIR NO ESTA INSONORISADO. ASI QUE NO SE PUEDEN ABRIN LAS VENTANAS POR EL RUIDO INSOPORTABLE

La ubicacion muy centrico

Unos ladrones por subir a la habitacion por la mañana a las 9 de la mañana mis hijos a esperarme hacer las maletas ellos venian de otro hotel cercano al apartamento pero el coche lo teniamos en el parkin de la plaza me dicen que me cobran 150€que de echo ya se los cogieron del banco

La ubicación es maravillosa, en la misma plaza hay un parking . 6 € 24 horas El apartamento tenía de todo , silencioso, cama perfecta, baño grande cocina y salón perfecto .
