The location was perfect, central to everything, but far enough away from foot traffic, quiet, and easy to get to, with good parking

could do with blinds in the front window for privacy

Clean studio beds were clean nice kitchen and bathroom

The outside was a bit dull compared to the properties beside

Everything stayed a few times another booking already in the diary, everything is close by bars restaurant lake,just a really nice place to stay

Good location, comfortable bed and lounge, good heating.

Toilet seat not fixed properly, windows and bedroom door sticking, cupboard under sink very smelly with mildew- made the pots and pans smell, we prefer to use frying pan without poisonous teflon coating, shower head bracket is in poor condition.

Fabulous location with everything a short walk away and a lovely cosey bolt hole, basically everything it says on the advert, perfect 👍👍

- Excellent location - Had all essentials needed - Great to have own parking space - Safe feeling area

- Generally quite damp/ dank feeling, especially in the bathroom. - Bathroom very noising when using the drains. A loud whurring pump sound happens, not great for light sleeper if your partner gets up. Would’ve been nice to be warned about this? - Smell of sitting water in bathroom - Fittings and decoration a bit tired. Paint peeling off or scuffed off in lots of places. Missing panel under the oven. Obviously painted over some mould in the bedroom. Sink has stains and scratches all around the bowl. Suspicious big yellow stain around toilet floor. Mould in bathroom. - Bed quite low down and uncomfy, felt like a cheap mattress. Not the best if you have mobility problems - Upstairs neighbours very noisy but mostly due to the thin ceiling/ floor. However they did go to their car very early in the morning and blast music (their parking spot is literally right next to the bedroom window) I’m now aware lots of other people have noted the same problems, even from a few years ago and issues haven’t been addressed. Owner only asks why things were not brought up during the stay as we get given their number, however I don’t want a decorator, plumper, mould specialist etc to enter while we are renting with all our stuff in there. Seems like a unprofessional response from owner previously

Parking outside the apartment And the location to amenities was great. Kitchen utensils and cleaning product perfect for all needs.. Shower powerful clean and having the shower gel was a bonus.. Very clean towels. Bed comfy bedding clean but under bed dirty. Living room basic sofa not very comfortable, missing a coffee table and a little lamp for evening. Kitchen lovley everything in there you could need.

Residents living above the apartment very noisy. We had to leave a day early. Disappointed and we cannot recommend sorry. Such a shame all the reviews seemed good no mention of noisy upstairs we was probably just unlucky that week.
