The host Mitch was extremely helpful, the check in was smooth. She was constantly available on phone/messages if we had any questions.

The house can have more lights

Host is really nice and welcoming, she helped us book the van to el Nido and make sure things are okay. Close to airport, walkable distance around 20mins, McDonald just at the corner of the street. Good value, you get to use the whole place, little living room and little simple kitchen.

The ventilation is a bit limited so room sometimes can be humid

Mitch the owner, she receives you with a smile, very communicative in person and by text. If you have any questions she will be there to help, the place is very close to the airport, you have several food opinions close by and it's a cute place to stay.

It’s really close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet—you don’t hear the planes at all. when I needed anything I could just message the host and she got back to me very quickly. The place had everything I needed, and the front room TV even had Netflix. Overall, it was a good stay.

The living area got too hot during the day, and it might have been better if the TV was in the bedroom. The sound from TV itself was very low—I ended up plugging in my own speaker to hear it properly. Grab wasn’t available, nothing against my stay just a warning. There were no nearby shops or any places that offers groceries shopping, which made it harder to save money on food. At night, I had to keep the air con on, and it got uncomfortably cold—but only a thin sheet was provided, so having more cover or at least the option would’ve helped.

Hot water (quite rare in other rentals), bright colors and nice owner (communication by message). good value for money

The pictures do not show the actual condition of the apartment which is pretty old with a lot of big cracks in the walls. It is located about 30/45 min walk from downtown but you can easily get a tuk tuk from the app. The first night we had the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in my life in the living room ! Though we knew we had to expect cockroaches in the Philippines, it is never nice to have one inside your accommodation and I think it could have been avoided by setting traps and spraying the gap under the door. The spray we used to get rid of the cockroach was almost empty and we used the last drop.

Everything was up to the expectations. The place was clean and we had space for everything we needed. Michele is a nice person, willing to help if needed, she even offered us a wifi router with a powerbank just in case there was a scheduled outage with didn't ended up happening. She also offered us to stay after checkout for some time since she didn't have another booking that place. I felt well received and would return and reccomend! thank you!

Overall nothing based on what we had used the apartment for.
