The location was beautiful looking over the lake caravan was well equipped with extra touches towels and bedding were provided. Fresh milk biscuits and bottled water on arrival.

To be honest the fabric is tired the rusty radiator in shower room really lets it down. The water, milk and biscuits is a nice touch

The caravan was brilliant, easy to find with the directions from Neil. The caravan was very clean came with towels, tea towels & bedding & also Neil put milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water & biscuits which was a lovely touch. There were books, games & DVD's in the caravan. Was lively to have a ensuite in the main bedroom. The beds were very comfortable & plenty of room in each room. Arcades, chip shops & pubs were all within walking distance. It was lovely to see the ducks on the lake. We have already booked to return. This is the best caravan we have been in.
