Die Vermieter sind super nett und unkompliziert. Den Kontakt mir uns hat extra der Sohn übernommen, weil er Englisch spricht und wir leider kein Italienisch. Direkt bei Anreise wurde uns die Garage zur Verfügung gestellt, was wirklich Premium ist. Wir waren nur für 4 Nächte am Ende eines längeren Urlaubs hier und konnten so viel im Auto lassen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber, ausreichend groß und ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima, auch an heißen Tagen. Das Bad ist super sauber (und ich bin da wirklich kleinlich). In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Nur auf eine Spülmaschine muss man verzichten ;-). Mülleimer stehen auf dem Balkon, schon ausgestattet mir Müllbeuteln und eindeutig beschriftet. Super professionell! Zur Anreise waren die Betten bezogen, wir bekamen Handtücher und frisches Obst :-). Ein gut sortierter Coop ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier bekommt man alles. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Lage ist central und damit auch entsprechend unruhig. Wir haben es persönlich als lauf empfunden, insbesondere nachts. Im Treppenhaus war auch mitten in der Nacht Betrieb, worauf der Hund des Nachbarn, Krawall machte. Draußen fahren permanent Roller und die Fenster vermögen die Geräusche nicht abzuschirmen. Das ist aber natürlich eine persönliche Einschätzung und sollte nur animieren evtl. Oropax mitzunehmen, wenn man Geräuschempfendlich ist.

Квартира очень классная, для семейного отдыха все в наивысшем уровне. Идеальная чистота. Есть все и даже больше для жизни. Спасибо за фрукты, кофе, чай., воду, масло , олия, специи …. Первый раз в таком идеальном жилье. Рекомендую на 100%. Есть своя парковка. До моря 15 минут через центр. Все рядом. Есть пляжные полотенца, зонтик и коврик:)

Totul a fost superb. Gazda foarte ospitalieră, ne-a cazat cu 2-3 ore mai devreme de check in,iar la plecarea fost la ce oră am dorit noi. Apartamentul foarte frumos este dotat cu tot ce trebuie. Gazda ne-a întâmpinat cu fructe, croasante, apă, Coca Cola, bere, unt, dulceață,etc. Mulțumim încă o dată gazdei pentru confortul oferit.

Maria Naria Maria what a wonderful lady. Never been a host do so much to make a stay so good. Never before have I left some additional money and a little gift which I did for Maria. 2 good beds 3 bedrooms spacious go8d equipped kitchen bowl of fruit and water and other odd and ends there for us. Shower great 1st floor minor steps but has lift. Washing machine great ventilation. Close to shop mJor supermarket r minute walk. Station 15 minutes and waterfront to mins. The success of this listing is Maria. Took time to explain stove fridge washing machine just everything we needed to know and we ask lots of questions and nothing was a problem for Maria. If I could give Maria a 15 out of 10 I would.

Nothing at all

Spacious clean, comfortable apartment, beaches in walking distance and less price compared to the places close to beach. Host had provided with immediate necessities, and a supermarket close by in walking distance was a blessing.

The location is a short walk from the harbor and center of town - about a 15 minute walk. It's also about 20 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient if you want to visit the Cinque Terre towns. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, and has everything you need. The host thoughtfully provided wine, a bowl of fruit, packaged croissants and jam for breakfast, etc. The property has a locked parking garage, which is tight for a larger vehicle, but fit our mid-sized rental car just fine. The host's very nice father met us at the property when we arrived, and was quite helpful despite our very limited language skills. We slept much later than usual the morning of our departure, and the host graciously extended our checkout time. Given the size of the apartment, it's a great place for a family to spend a few days to explore the area.

It's not in the most picturesque part of town, but that's a very minor quibble.
