Perche non a pulito la casa ne anche carta igienica mai portata

The size of the apartment was great and having the balcony was good. Had Air-conditioning and got a food cross breeze which would be great if it wasn't so hot

The apartment smelt really bad of cigarettes even though it was meant to be a none smoking room, so bad we couldn't keep the doors and windows shut which meant the Air-conditioning wouldn't help in the 35 degree heat. The apartment could have been cleaning, there was bits of Ham on the floor next to the bed. Shower screen and shower head was terrible.

Apartment was airy and light. Staff were very helpful when we got lost trying to find the apartment. Kitchen was great with all we needed to make light meals. View from balcony was amazing. Felt like a safe area to stay.

The bed sheets didn't smell fresh. They had an unpleasant odour. The fold-out couch bed sags in the middle, and was not comfortable at all.

Great view from the balcony. Big rooms, washing machine, dishwaser, everything ready for 4 people. City center and the see is just a walk away. The lady who gave as the keys was very friendly.

The bathroom needs a renewal. The bed in the livingroom is uncomfortable. The cleaning was not 100%

The actual location of the property good, however it was wrong in booking.com We also liked the view from the balcony.

1. The location mentioned in booking.com was wrong. And they didn't even sent us the correct address, they waited till we went to wrong location and come give us direction for a 10 mins walk. 2. The beds: sheets were dirty and it smelled really bad. There were some blood stain on some blankets. The beds were very uncomfortable. We all ended up with back pain. 3. Bathroom: was not clean at all. The bathtub drain was clogged. And sometimes we had trouble having hot water. Upon arrival the toilet had urine stains and the tub had hair. 4. Keys to front gate didn't work!
