Location, easy check in/check out, helpful owner and staff, good water pressure in both bathroom amd kitchen.

Pool was not working. Apartments looked clean, but floors were not: - dirty socks/feet after just few steps on the apartment floor - cutlery was sticky with grease, some plates were not properly cleaned (had old stains)
