the location was very good and the facilities met our needs

When we were checking out we had a very bad tempered cleaning lady who was quite rude and unpleasant. Ok, we were about 5 minutes behind schedule (11am check out - cannot help it when nature calls) and we did not know that we had to take our won rubbish away with us. However, a smile and a "how was your stay?" and "I hope everything was good" is not too much to ask. Instead of "You should have read the T&Cs" and "If you don't put away the dishes and take away your rubbish I will keep your deposit!" Each to their own, but based on this I will not use this service again. Shame as teh property was good.
