Tenerife South Apartments

Excellent Location, nice space. Very modern, was clean and fresh. It had a lovely view from the balcony. All things needed were available in the apartment.

The staff at reception were very helpful eg advised us that our return flight meant we would be travelling in rush hour and so we should allow a bit of extra time. Nice friendly people. The loo cistern stopped working properly, we sent a message to the owner and within an hour it was fixed. I was worried because booking.com website said we might have to pay for bedding / towels. This wasn't the case. We requested and received beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The kitchen was very well equipped.

It was a shame that the flat next to us had some unexpected building work starting; the hosts were really good and made sure that it didn't start early in the morning and said we could ask for a pause of loud work if needed during the day etc. It wasn't a problem and outside the owners control. They managed it well.

Merci au personnel pour leur accueil , gentillesse et leur disponibilité , toujours présent si besoin . Lieu proche des plages , et des commerces . Je recommande vivement .

The apartment was advertised as deluxe but was very basic. The property was very overlooked by other guests staying.
