Studio in perfect location

Мне все понравилось, шикарная цена для этой локации! Все чисто было и все необходимое было! Отличный хозяин! Сервис топ. Печка, микроволновка, посуда и все такое!

Не было вида на море!

The only part of the property I liked was the location unfortunately .

When I entered the apartment it is not what I expected . First thing I noticed was the smell in the apartment . It smelled like mould and damp. As I walked in the property I noticed a dead cockroach on the floor which Finke picked up . There is no blankets on the bed . The only thing provided on the bed is a bed sheet. There is only 1 pillow each which are extremely soft (old) if you like soft pillow . No option for more. The apartment definitely needs a refurb as things are damaged , not pleasant and dirty. The property was a big let down and very disappointing. We had cockroaches everyday for 9 days in our apartment. There is obviously a cockroach problem because there are traps everywhere in the apartment . When I raised the issue with Finke he came to the property the next morning to spray the room which I had already done for 5 days. I was very disappointed that Finke did not offer to put me and my son somewhere else considering We had 9 cockroaches In total. My son was scared to sleep in the bed at night . The swimming pool is a health hazard. Although the water appears to be clean everyday , the tiles of the pool are falling apart and my son nearly swallowed a tile which was such a health hazard. I informed the lady at the reception and she told me (what do you want me to do about it ) with such an attitude. The pool is in extremely poor condition and such a health hazard. I am so disappointed and definitely affected me and my son holiday . Finke is a lovely man , however he could have done more to move us elsewhere staying in an apartment for 10 days with cockroaches everyday should not happen.

The location is perfect , easy access to beach , lovely quiet pool . Supermarket close by . Finke was great , very hospitable and helpful

It was a great stay suited our needs

Needed a bit of TLC, and updating and shower needed to be regrouted

Studio in a great location in the center of the action, yet secluded enough to have the peace you need. Fully equipped, but some things could use some repair or renovation. But for the price it's worth a visit. Finke gave us a lot of useful information about places and restaurants worth visiting. We visited most of them and it was worth it.

There is noise from service vehicles in the morning and you can be unlucky and have loud neighbors, but earplugs solve that problem too.

Location was excellent. A bit dated but had everything we needed. Lots of little touches like beach and pool towels, cleaning products and some condiments to aid self catering. Full fridge and washing machine

Nothing really. Suited our needs
