We think it´s confusing to use the name Las Flores and then be accommondated in something called Holdidays Tenerife. From previous stays in Tenerife we knew Las Flores from friends and thought we were booking there. We had to wait for our keys and we think its not acceptable to be locked in (by other guests) since there is only one set of keys. Please bring this to 2024 and place a digital keyboard outside! Please change the name for booking to Holidays Tenerife!

The location is great for what I wanted, the room is very secure and was reasonably clean and well equipped.

The walls are extremely thin and noise can be heard through them, even clear conversations can be heard from the next room. The bed is rather uncomfortable with only two pillows which were very flat.

Great location, sunbeds in a shared terrace, all needed amenities, incl. A tumble dryer.

Washing machine and a drying rack are in a shared area. My towel was stolen while drying. Not very clean apartment, esp the shower.
