The apartments are within a residential complex (with no reception) located in a well known nocturnal entertainment area and there is loud music until the early hours of the morning. Apartment descriptions that state they are "close to the extremely lively Lava Bar" are especially noisy." As vacation homes (official classification: vivienda vacacional), apartments are cleaned for arrival only. There is no daily or weekly cleaning service. Reservations for more than 3 apartments have different policies; these will be nonrefundable and must be paid in advance. These conditions will be communicated to the guest who will be required to confirm their acceptance, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Visits are not permitted, and the use of the apartment and facilities is strictly limited to registered guests only. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a request to leave the property without a refund. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
