1) good location

1) you are being deceived, there is no white leather sofa here 2) you are being deceived, there are also no white leather chairs 3) there is no Wi-Fi here - you can connect to Wi-Fi but it does not work, I had to go to restaurants to use Wi-Fi 4) the owner of the apartment is extremely unpleasant, he is a scammer, I asked him to pay for the internet, to which he said that if I don't like something, I should look for another hotel 5) dirty smeared walls near the head in the bedroom, a very small bed 6) all furniture is destroyed - their condition does not match the photos 7) there are cracks and stains on the walls, repairs were made many years ago 8) the lamp on the balcony was not lit, the balcony is also falling apart 9) the lamp near the mirror was not lit

Very clean , well maintained apartment in excellent location. Great swimming pool which was never overcrowded.

Not a dislike - just one of those things but washing machine wasn’t working and although our contact came quickly to look at it - if needed a part and was unavailable for all of our whole stay.

The apartment was modern and the pool.

We arrived on the Thursday and didn’t get the pool key until Monday. The weather for the first 4 days was fantastic so it was very unsatisfactory not to have access to the pool as the pool was the main reason for booking this accommodation

Location is great, very nice swimming pool, view from apartment is beautiful.

The building is dated and needs refurbishment, the sofas need to be replaced or need a cover and I would start thinking of a make over as the furniture is dated. However for the two of us it was ideal.

There is nothing to fault about this apartment, everything is perfect and more than what we could have asked for. Firstly, the outside of the building is slightly deceiving but when arriving to the actual apartment, we were blown away. It was pretty spacious for 2 people, and everything about it was clean, comfortable and well laid out. There were multiple useful bits left for use like a clothes horse, pegs, a bin, washing up liquid, glasses, pans etc, we were not sort of anything. There was extra towels, plus beach towels and a beach umbrella. There were little soaps and shampoos left, as we flew in on a Sunday, not all shops were open so they were helpful for the first day. The location is another thing, it is perfectly centred in the middle of everything, nothing is not walkable or accessible. We had rented a car to do other actives outside of playa de las americas, and we never had to use the car once to get to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars. it was ideal, the main strip is only a 5-7 minute walk, and there is a great lane way to access some smaller Irish bars and the beach, right beside the apartment. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and approachable. They made sure to check in with us on multiple occasions during the trip to ensure everything was okay and to see if we wanted/needed anything. I knew they were only an email or phone call away if I was unsure of anything or needed their help. The price of this apartment is so perfect, we had seen other hotels and apartments up for triple the price, but this one was just perfect, 100% worth the money. The comfort and flexibility of having an apartment is much more suited to couples and those travelling to relax. The washing machine was a huge help too! The pool was great, very comfortable, quiet at times, plenty of space to be in the sun or shade, loads of sun beds, plenty of umbrella weights and showers too. The sun hit there all day and there was a nice breeze to relax and cool you down.

The apartment building is a little bit deceiving, but once inside the apartment that worry or anxiety disappears.
