Garden City Costa Adeje 1 Bedroom Apartment Large Balcony Close to Beach

Location of the room is fab to visit both Adeje and Las Americas. Pool and bar area great and staff lovely. Plenty of space in the room. Bathroom very modern.

The fan barely works, a replacement to a better fan and multiple of them is much needed. I have stayed in Tenerife over 8 times and all rooms I’ve previously had have had air on you can pay extra for or multiple fans. The beds were dipped so me and my partner ended up putting the mattresses on the floor to sleep. Dead cockroach in the fridge on arrival. Ants nest in the kitchen my partner had to clear away (thankfully cleaning products were left under sink). Not enough toilet roll left we had to go buy a pack ourselves. Luckily me and my partner aren’t super fussy so could deal with these issues as we booked 2 days prior to arrival but wouldn’t book again.

Perfect location

Lack of air conditioning made it impossible to sleep at night.

very hot in the morning, curtains don’t keep out the heat air conditioning would be better had to ask for a fan, which did was supplied quickly security with the two patio doors needs updating, they are very poorly secured

beds are super comfy, and facilities are great, pool is really good temperature and staff are superb, would definitely stop here again

the only negative but isn’t that bad as they supply you with a fan but could maybe do with some air on but isn’t necessary

Apartment was very good ,clean & tidy and well equipped. Plenty of room and near all amenities.

In the booking .com description it said air con; but there wasn't any! not even a fan. We were right above the pool and had noisy kids screaming from early morning till late evening. Plus a group in one of the bungalows below were talking and laughing outside till 4 in the morning so we could not open the doors to get a through draft. Very hard to sleep.

No reception, parking is on on the hill 150 meters away of the apartment in busy hospital place, no wifi at all, no air con or fan, very used equipment and furniture. Noisy at evening time, hotels at a side makes shows every night. No washing machine. Did not get expectations.

A wonderful location. Great for the beach as well as getting buses to travel around and for excursion pick-ups. On-site pool, bar and supermarket were fantastic.
