Comfortable, updated, lots of sitting areas, full kitchen, close proximity to stores.

Strong odor in the toilet room, cobwebs all over the ceiling, trees perhaps too over grown around porch.

Modern riverside home with parking and within walking distance to shops, markets, and restaurants. Large modern TVs with high speed internet access. All inclusive kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating areas. I would and will stay here again if the occasion presents itself again. Management is quick to respond to your inquiries and requests.

I didn’t see a microwave but it was not needed during my stay.

The suite was absolutely beautiful and everything is new. Very stylish and hip. Being directly on the river was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again if available.

This was an amazing, new and modern property located directly on Naab creek. While I was at work my wife walked around the town or watched wildlife on the creek. While it was cold, there was still a lot of activity out there. The kitchen was fully supplied with all new and attractive ware. Everything in the apartment is new without any signs of wear. We will definitely stay here when I go back to the area for work!

Background on me, I've lived in Europe for 23 years of my adult life. In all these years this was definitely the most modern, beautiful and perfect place to stay. The online photos are accurate. The landlords live close by and were always available when I had a question but only came by once when I invited them. I noticed an earlier review which referred to a industrial area and a train. Naab Suite is definitely 100% residential and the only industry nearby is the Nachtmann Crystal factory which is about half a mile away...and you will want to visit their outlet. As for the train, its German so there is no clack-clack noise like in the US. It's continuous welded rails so it is a gentile whoosch sound which is almost imperceptible. There are several nearby grocery and beverage stores (lebensmittle und getraenke markts). Among everything else which is so right, we have very much enjoyed sitting on the sofa where we can see the river running by and enjoy watching the ducks. So did our two miniature poodles. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, serving ware, pots and pans. Nothing is worn or obviously used. We will definitely come back and look forward to our next stay. An amazing value for the price. I've definitely paid a lot more for not even half the value. Oh, there is a Michelin rated restaurant a block away and Weiden is only seven minutes away with a substantial list of 4-star restaurants which will keep you coming back.
