"Perfecto para unos días en la playa"

La ubicación. El tamaño del apartamento, muy grande y con terraza comunitaria que no aprovechamos nada por estar fuera todo el día. Fue un acierto y ojalá haber estado más días para aprovecharlo del todo. Tiene aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. Buena comunicación con la dueña a través de booking si hiciera falta. Cerca de la playa, mercado, bazares, recinto ferial, bares/restaurantes donde desayunar desde temprano hasta la cena tardía, supemercados y heladería. Aparcamiento genial cerquita, si cuesta un poco por las horas o temporada alta, callejeando sale alguno (nosotros habiendo festival aéreo con miles de personas ese finde, aparcamos en la principal y en la puerta). Lo tiene todo. Genial para ir con niños.

Sin ser culpa del apartamento, la zona es bastante ruidosa...pero eso es vida!! Alguna cosilla a arreglar en el apartamento, lo normal que se avería con el uso, pero nada que impida hacer vida normal.

Amplio y con ventanas exteriores.

Colchón muy fino y duro. Limpieza muy escasa, muebles, manillas, interruptores pegajosos. Menaje de cocina sucio. La nevera hace mucho ruido. La persona que lo lleva no es nada agradable si tienes algún tipo de duda o problema.

La ubicación cerca de la playa

La ubicación de la terraza. Tienes que salir de la vivienda al portal y subir 2 plantas más de escaleras para subir al tejado de la casa en los que están los aparatos del aire acondicionador u la claraboya del vecino

"Could be much better"

Located on a quiet street 400m to beach & 100m to local supermarket for self catering basics. Nice local Spanish seaside town with a local market every Thur. 10 mins walk from mud baths & salt lagoon. Plenty of reasonably priced friendly cafes / restaurants & bars close-by.

Place poorly maintained. Washing machine not working. Only 1 key for 3 people. Cooker fan not working. 2 x kitchen cupboard doors broken & missing. No coffee machine as advertised. Minimal kitchen basics / utensils & no working lighter to light gas rings.
