Siesta Mar Apartamentos Ibiza

O apartamento estava limpinho. Apesar de não termos parque de estacionamento incluído, foi fácil de arranjar estacionamento

Os colchões das camas não eram confortáveis.

Lovely complex with great pool area and friendly bar staff with reasonably priced drinks and food.

Many problems. Arrived late evening collected keys and a map from a coded box Property was nowhere near the complex then air con was broken. Offered alternative next day on the complex which was smaller but ok. Hung around the pool waiting for the keys then received phone call to say it was no longer available. 3rd time lucky got keys to a lovely spacious apartment at 4pm but the cleaner was still in and had to wait until after 5pm for access so more hanging around. Finally in only to discover massive leak in the kitchen the next day which we duly reported. Apparently it was from the air con pipes under the sink. We were leaving the following day so no point changing again. Disappointed to say the least and no compensation offered. Location was a taxi ride into town not really walkable either. Had to pay for sunbeds at the pool. Never had that anywhere.

The staff were lovely, room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Cost of accommodation, being located in a separate residential property further up the road and not in the Siesta Mar.

Pleasant quiet location within walled gardens , nice pool with snack bar, 15 minute walk into Santa Eulalia if you want a huge choice of restaurants and nightlife. However there are couple of nice restaurants in Siesta. Note you do have to pay for the sunbeds/umbrellas around the pool although it was only a few euros. Note some accommodation is in a small apartment block to the side of the walled area (some other family members were in a one bed apartment here) - they don't have the pleasant garden view , overlook tennis courts but good vista of the bay

Parking - there is no dedicated parking . Parking is on road(free) around the perimeter of the site so you have to compete for space with the Siesta Mar residents and the residents of all other properties. We arrived late evening and struggled to find a space to stop and pick up the keys from the locked box area. Eventually after doing numerous loops of the area found a space to park for the evening on the other side of the site to our property. During the day parking does ease. A day or two later we did notice a sign to a parking area that was essentially waste ground off 'Carrer els Clavells' - it would have been helpful to know to look for this as an option in the site details given out with keys.

The apartment was clean, with a nice view on the pool and sea. Big free parking is available nearby.

- no basic things like soap, salt, oil etc. - cockroaches in the bathroom - everything is VERY old

Really good size. Good communication and always available to help. Just about everything we needed was in the apartment. Amazing view.
