Could not fault this place.

The place is a full apartment with two sleeping rooms and two bathroom rooms. It offers plenty of space, even for larger families. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The spanish hosts are super friendly, and you can easily park your car in a garage nearby. The apartment is placed in an urban setting, with grocery stores and restaurants around the corner. It is also reasonably close to the centre of Salamanca (like 4 km), which is a great sightseeing experience. All in all, it was a beautiful stay, and it is easy to recommend the VUT Santa Marta, especially for families.

The whole building seems a little bit poorly soundproofed. However, since the neighbours are very quiet, we haven't been aware of it until the next morning, when everyone bacame active again. Yet, it is something to keep in mind.

Absolutely everthing : the appartment, the neighbourhood and the city. The appartment is equiped with everthing a family might need and it's cristal clean. And last but not least, Jesús and his family were very kind and welcoming.

Nothing. Everything was beyond our expectations.

The apartment was great for a family of 4. Very clean, neat and nicely decorated. Just like the pictures. It is well placed in a small town right next to Salamanca, but in a very calm neighborhood. There are 2 playgrounds within 2 blocks from the building and a Dia supermarket very close. There's also a small shopping mall with a Mercadona supermarket within a walkable distance. In the city, the river walkway is really nice and the Motorcycle museum is a jewel.

Almost nothing. The only thing is that the coffee machine works with capsules and not filters, which we prefer. But it's almost impeccable.
