"Well positioned accommodation"

Welcoming owners. Coffee French toasts and jams available in room with kettle coffee maker and fridge. Clean accommodation. Very good position. 24hour Parking available for 5€

Very noisy neighbours in adjoining apartment.. but that can’t really be helped.

"Fantastic beautiful lake view in Passignano."

Passignano is perfection. Relaxing, beautiful and friendly people. Located in middle of the waterfront restaurants and gelaterias. Beautiful view from room. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

We should have booked the room with bigger kitchenette with cooking facilities but that was us not reading listing properly.

"Just the view"

The house looks nice on the outside and the view is great, apart from that it is a normal room nothing out of the ordinary. The Wifi is also stable.

Opening the windows in the evening is not recommended because there are insects coming in, luckily in this period no mosquitos, but i can imagine in one month.

room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and perfectly located to enjoy this wonderful lake town. Host was lovely and very accommodating and clearly passionate about the property. she was a pleasure to talk to and the type of host you enjoy supporting!

Location was great, right on the lake. Right in the centre of things. Host was great, very accommodating and easy to communicate with
