Very close to the beach, and the biggest Spar in Calella is located 30secs away

The apartment above was being renovated and the building work was pretty loud. I think the apartment block is owned by the 1 company so a heads up would have been appreciated. It’s also located on a steep hill with a taller building opposite, so it’s quite noisy with traffic.
