La limpieza, tanto en el apartamento como en toda la urbanización, y el trato por parte de la persona de contacto. Las playas casi a pie de urbanización y cristalinas. Y sobre todo, donde hemos hecho la vida, la terraza.

Aproape de mare am fost cu 2 copii. Mult spatiu, 2 dormitoare, dormitor pentru copii are pat cu 2 nivele, primul nivel foarte larg. 2 bai cu wc, living, bucatarie. Balcon foarte mare cu vedere la mare., balustrada din sticla. Poti sa savurezi vederea la mare 24 ore, ziua nu are soare ziua este superb si noaptea asculti marea. Plaja un pic cu pietre, dar in fata plajei este amenajata cu gazon verde larg, mult spatiu, Intrarea in mare este super pentru copii Apartamentul este la ultimul etaj, etajul 11. Deasupra apartamentului mai este o terasa foarte mare. Parcare subterana ci loc personalizat nu necesita rezaervare. In apropiere trei Supermarkete: Aldi, Markadona si un supermarket chinez foarte mare, cafenele etc. Am folosit caruciorul pentru copii. Totul este aproape, am mers pe jos, nu a fost necesar auto. Camerista Fabiana a fost receptiva. Un penthauses superb.

Nu m-am asteptat ca va fi la 11 etaj., vederea in jos era cam cu fobie pentru mine. A trebuit atentie sporita pentru copii. Dar asta nu este neajuns al apartamentului.

The location was ok for our visit and Orpesa is slightly different from other towns along the coast. The apartment was clean and tidy and the staff are very nice.

It suited our visit but the apartment needs an update some things like mattresses, kitchen facilities etc are passed their sell by date. (Info for the ladies there is no hairdryer). The arrival access could be better clarified as the address isn't clear. For new guests look for Residencial Mondrian and the door access is named Portal 1 and 2. This door is located on the road to the left of the building as you look from the sea. Unfortunately the apartment doesn't get as much sun as we expected so in March on the 11th floor it's slightly fresh! Enjoy your stay everyone.
