La ubicación está cercana al centro de la ciudad, está el oxxo cerca, una gasolinera y varios locales cercanos al rededor de la ubicación. Los anfitriones son amables y el lugar no es ruidoso .

No es cuestión del anfitrión si no de los huéspedes, ya que la habitación cuenta con utensilios de cocina pero se nota que algunos huéspedes han colocado utensilios sucios entre los limpios lo que impide que el anfitrión se de cuenta de estos.
