La atención desde el primer momento. Te facilitan toda la información que necesitas en todo momento. Están pendientes. Atención a los detalles: era un viaje de cumpleaños para mi pareja y tuvieron la atención de tener una botella de vino al llegar con una felicitación en forma de globo sin coste adicional alguno. Además viajamos con perros y el suplemento que cobran es muy razonable.

"Apartamento acogedor en un pueblo acogedor"

Apartamentos acogedores, limpios y bien ubicados. Utensilios de cocina y manaje muy completo. Los alrededores con el castillo, el río y la cascada de ensueño

No tuvimos contacto personal en ningún momento con la anfitriona, el acceso al apartamento es mediante códigos y la comunicación toda por WhatsApp, un poco frío para mi gusto. Segundo piso sin ascensor, debería reflejarse en la información del apartamento para conocimiento de personas mayores o con movilidad reducida
