Está muy bien situado y en general el mobiliario está en muy buenas condiciones. La cocina está bien y el baño también. El trato es muy amable y servicial.

Una cerradura de la habitación estaba estropeada y tuve que forzar la puerta.

Unsafe property and not even fit for 2 people let alone 4 *1/10 – Unsafe and not fit for 15-day stay* Property is old and needs major updating. Only 1 cup, not enough cutlery/plates, just 1 set of bedding for 15 days, and only 2 small towels for a filthy shower. Washing machine was filthy so couldn’t use it. *Safety issues*: Patio door only opens on tilt, hanging on 1 rusty hinge – could fall on bed and cause injury. Electrical switches not working. Outside patio lights front + back have no covers/bulbs, just bare wires. Wardrobe in bedroom was hanging on for dear life very hard to open and kept catching fingers as it swung while opening. And a filthy 1930s chest of draws to put your clean clothes ect in. The bedroom door was hanging off so you had to lift it or it wouldn't open. Owner/agent was very rude when we raised problems. And asked us to leave. Refunded the remaining 10 days then charged us €100.00 Euro for cleaning . Would not recommend or return. Hopefully booking.com will make sure all the safety repairs are done !!! -

Ottima posizione, casa fresca, piscina pulita.

Purtroppo il nostro aereo ha ritardato di parecchio e abbiamo rischiato di dormire altrove. Non volevamo darci l’appartamento perché la reception chiudeva alle 22 e siccome gradivano i contanti nonostante avessimo chiesto l’iban per bonifico immediato hanno fatto storie. Ho anche inviato i documenti di riconoscimento. Poi finalmente ci hanno lasciato le istruzioni per entrare. La mattina dopo sono saliti per i contanti. La casa discreta nella pulizia, datata, con il minimo indispensabile. Biancheria un po’ vecchia. Fare attenzione non ci sono sedie né per il mare né per la piscina ci hanno dato un piccolo ombrellino. Non c’è il condizionatore ma fortunatamente non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
