"Mooie ligging, beetje achterstallig onderhoud"

De ligging is geweldig. Op korte loopafstand van het mooie strand L'hermitage, winkels, restaurants en supermarkt.

De staat van de bedden. Doorgezakt met versleten matrassen met kuilen er in. Het matras van de slaapbank was zelfs gescheurd en verpulverd. Hard aan vervanging toe.
