Dream Central Toscal

It was a traditional styled Apartment with nice decor and a comfortable bed. It was very secure and had an elevator for easy access to the Apartment floor. The company provided a bottle of wine, bottle of water and also coffee pods, which was a very nice gesture.

One has to be tech - savvy and have a good internet signal prior to gaining entry to the Apartment. All communication is done through What's App. and there are various codes required in order to gain entry initially. Once inside there are fobs for subsequent entry to the Apartment. Also, I think there is an ongoing problem with waste pipes (very strong odour in the evening); this is apparently being dealt with by the authorities.

The bathroom (missed the door, a strange smell going out from to the bedroom cause the wall separating both space doesn't end up, there's a gap.

This was done conveniently and quickly, but for some reason it didn’t work on an iPhone, so it’s good that there was an Android phone. It's nice when there is no need to look for the keys or the person who gave them to you.

The owner does not provide parking. It says there is parking and it's free, but it's street parking. The streets are quite narrow where the second car hardly passes, and there is no place or you have to look for it far from home. Some other apartments of this company have parking and everything is fine with that. But there was no owner's parking in these apartments. This was really a problem because of which it was impossible to use the car. I think they should state that there are no parks because public street parking is not the same as free parking in these apartments.

There was a strong smell in the bathroom. Also, there is no free parking, there is some street parking but in the 4 days we were there, never saw a free space. The only option is a private parking at 12 eur per day.
