Diego, is a fantastic host. The place itself was well presented, neat and clean. Close to a big green/park, bars and city center. We only stayed for a night, so it was just perfect for our needs.

The bedrooms are directly next to the street so it can get a bit a bit nosy at night.

Stayed here recently with my family, its a lovely flat in a nice area and a great location for exploring santa cruz, 20 minutes walk from the rambla, the center, and parque maritimo, and a 15 minute drive from terresitas beach, free parking means it's a great base for exploring the North of tenerife, the host Domingo is really nice and on hand to help with anything you need, would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting santa cruz.

owner and staff were not very hospitable nor flexible. the large beds cover had 2 larger red stains. there were many small issues with the apartment which could be easily solved (sockets hanging loose in the kitchen, we tried to use it for the toaster and the electricity went off - found that very hazardous / water heater in the kitchen had a leakage problem and there was water all over the floor after we showered, etc) but probably the owner doesn’t want to bother about it. communication with him was not so nice.
