The view was excellent

The air conditioning didn’t work

The accomodation had an incredible balcony on which it was awesome to end the day playing some games, listening to music and chatting. The rest was as advertised which is good.

The downstairs airconditioning unit didn't work properly which made the ground floor unbearably hot at times. The upstairs shower didn't drain which made it unusable. Also the downstairs toilet didnt flush/fill properly at times which was annoying. Unfortunately our stay was really short which made it useless to try and get them fixed. If we had contacted the host they might have come with a solution, but we didn't have the time to do that.

There was no balcony for us to sit outside they said there was one too many stairs to climb

The flat is the type of flat I would move in tomorrow. So nice, cozy, everything is new. Location was really nice with an amazing view from the windows over an old super green tree. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was exceptionally clean, and looked exactly like on the photos! Highly recommended!

Parking was a nightmare until we learnt which streets everyone parks in, and which streets always have empty spots (few minutes walking from the apartment) :)

Very clean, very cosy and perfectly maintained. Bars, supermarkets, shops are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you’d need during your stay.

shower - 2 minutes maximum of hot water which is not enough for 2 persons, we where told 30L which is far below the size required for a shower! no wine glasses

The apartment was very comfortable with a strong wifi, Netflix, washing machine, and a well equipped kitchenette. It was also very clean. The location was good, not very close to the city center, but very well serviced by the tram and bus lines - 10 minutes away from the centre, 15 minutes away from the central bus station, 30 minutes away from La Laguna by public transport. It is located in a safe area with many nice cafes, shops, and a supermarket - all in the walking distance from the house.

No major concerns, just two minor things to mention: 1. The apartment does not have a terrace or any outdoor seating area, although the pictures may leave the impression it does. 2. Getting the information for the key pick up was a bit difficult. The service company insisted on sending me the details where and how to pick up the keys only 1 day prior to or on the day of my self check-in. I needed to write them quite a few messages, as I was worried I would not have internet access on my travel day, and wanted to avoid any troubles, moreover, I was supposed to arrive on Sunday afternoon. This created unnecessary stress. I travel a lot and this was the only accommodation so far not giving check-in instructions well in advance of the arrival.
