Everything was perfect, clean and cozy. The host was marvellous, very attentive and quick. It is a MUST!

Well located, at a walking distance from the city center and all tourist attractions. The view is nice, the place is clean and the host very friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing is the noise from the outside. The street is quite busy and even though the apartment is on the eight floor, you can still hear the traffic.

Great apartment with sunrise from the ocean view . Lovely to see boats entering and leaving the harbour. Also when leaving the apartment lovely view over the mountains and the sunset. The host was so very nice and helpful and great to know someone you can ask questions if you need anything . I would stay here again for sure.

We had an excellent stay. The location is convenient with breathtaking views, close to everything. Las Teresitas beach is just a 10-minute drive away, and the center of Santa Cruz is a 30-minute walk. There’s parking near SuperDino, just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment was clean and bright, equipped with everything needed for self-catering. Nuria was an excellent host, even allowing us to check out late. We will definitely return!

The apartment has a very good location, great view, all you need in kitchen area, comfortable bed and leaving room. Quick and easy contact with the owner. Nice place to stay for short holidays. Parking options nearby on the main street.
