Il sistema di ritiro chiavi per una persona sola non è fattibile non sai dove parcheggiare la macchina per salire al 3 piano a ritirare la chiavi usando un link per aprire le prime 2 porte e aprendo una porta alla quale non è stata impostata la combinazione e quindi non si apre se non dopo aver mandato un messaggio al gestore dell'appartamento E per l'uscita uguale dover lasciare la macchina da qualche parte per risalire al 3 piano a lasciare le chiavi Di solito c'è una persona che ti accoglie e ti lascia le chiavi

Beautiful, modern, bright well-equipped apartment in a great neighbourhood & central location. Everything you needed was there, great kitchen and living room. Highly recommend this place for 1, 2 or 3 guests.

Nothing to fault it really, just a suggestion to include a welcome pack with basics like toiletries and tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil would be very handy.

Excellent location for exploring Santa Cruz and the surrounding area.Big spacious apartment.Noisy during the day due to its location on a main road but surprisingly quiet at night.Unfortunately due to being unwell all week we didn’t get to try any restaurants which was a real shame.

Has its own car park but would suggest a smallish car as its very tight.Make sure you read all the instructions very carefully as we went into the wrong car park to begin with which could have been disastrous but got lucky getting out.only thing the flat was missing was soap or handwash which we would have expected and sofa was a bit uncomfortable but probably only because I had to spend so much time on it!

Good location, near to the city centre. The parking lot is an asset, however, the parking itself is a little bit tricky because of the lack of space. (It isn't the fault of the apartment, and - like in all around Tenerife - the smaller car fits better.) The kitchen is well-equipped.

Communication, support. The digital lock didn't work. Upon arrival, we needed to wait for a neighbour in front of the building and ask him to let us in the house. It is dishonourable and unprofessional. Lack of shower gel, washing-up liquid, and soap. Low water pressure in the bathroom. Swinging handles. Noisy street.

The flat inside is ok and location is good. However the property management is awful.

The property management is awful, I hated every single bit of it. That should most certainly be changed. I would not consider using this property in the future due to the style in management, the communication, the house rule to pay €100 as you would for renting a house under a contract, the lack of clarity on how to use the code with the key app, the car park which is extremely tight that I would have preferred to pay a rental in the town center, the walls which are full of scratches and need a repaint...
