"The absent host and dangerous location"

It was clean and the location was central

The bedrooms were not cozy at all. In fact, it loocks like hospital rooms. The comunication was very bad. When we arrived at the location, we found a glass table that had a formally placed leg and of course it fell, and we had the risk of injury. I contacted the host by text and phone for 24 hours, but without any result. I do not recommend this location.

"Good place to stay in central Santa Cruz"

The apartment is in a great location. it is spacious and was well equipped (though we hardly used the kitchen). The bed was very comfortable.
