"If I will come back to Santiago, I will stay here again."

The cooking facilities and cutleries provided were more than enough for a family of 4 adults. The washing machine works well with detergent provided. Nearby plenty of cafe and restaurant within walking distance.👍👍👍

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The owner was pleasant at check-in.

Unfortunately, both my companion and I were bitten multiple times overnight by something during our three-night stay (my companion reacted very badly), The windows were always closed so we have ruled out mosquitos. I informed the owner and sent photos of the bites, but the only response I received was “I don’t know what to tell you.” This was quite disappointing and a bit callous. It’s a lovely place otherwise, but the itchy bites and the lack of concern made the stay less enjoyable. Hopefully this issue is taken seriously and resolved for future guests.
