Location is appro 250-300m from santa eulalia metro station, so its easy access. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bed on the mezzanine floor. 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers. Really good for families. Near supermercat or small grocery stores just in case you need something. 800m away from LIDL in case you need something there. Near a haircut saloon. The

1. The power trips when you use inductive loads at the same time. 2. Air passes through the entrance door, so its cold when its winter making the floor cold even though it has heaters (so you have to wear socks) but probably during summer this is good thing. 3. Near garbage area, just outside the apartment. 4. A bit noisy during midnight, probably someone collects and cleans the garbage areas. Or drunk people passing by. 5. There are small cockroaches roaming around. That could be the reason why there was insect traps under the kitchen cabinet. In Fairness, the apartment is clean BUT these cockroaches is making it a downgrade. I hope the host will address this concern.

Place is spacious and close enough to two metro stations. Beds were comfy. Close to Camp Nou.

Toilet in the en-suite broke (no flush) 3 times in the few days we were there. We had to fix it ourselves because host was super slow in replying and offered only on our last day a time window of 1h to stop by - obviously midday when every tourist is out of the house. Also in general the place was in a bad state: blinds ripped out from wall, door handle of other toilet kept falling off and whole place infested with cockroaches. It's also on the ground floor and the waste bins are right in front, so you can hear everyone throwing away their trash and having a chat.

Had good facilities, able to cook, close to metro and a shop, clean and well set out, had toiletries in bathroom and washing up liquid, sponges ect in kitchen

Power would cut out when we had both oven and hob on, arrived late and couldn't work out how to open the door (key is a bit sticky), and the hosts were not hugely helpful. Lots of insects

Location is good, easy to access to Metro and reach any point in the city. Appartment have everything needed. A lot of food stores in the area.

Street is very noisy. Some water leaks from sink in masters badroom. Bad in masters badroom creaks a lot. But all of this is tiny problems which are not influencing impression from the stay.
