Nicely appointed apartment with quick access down a short but steep hill to the Town center. The hill never bothered us as we're fairly young and fairly athletic. Older people may want to think about this, however if they have mobility issues. Large king size bed in ensuite room. Plenty of room. Good TV. Comfy bed. Smaller room with shower room. Two bunk beds ideal for kids not so much me but then I knew this was there and it was just our choice but comfortable nonetheless. The mattresses within the apartment are comfortable, probably not the newest and the most expensive, but they are comfortable and can see that they may need replaced in a few years time. A bit springy lacking in like memory foam or anything like that.

I noticed on some reviews that were month old that there was an issue with the kitchen tap. The kitchen is small bijou but very functional. The tap itself is loose, very loose and still hasn't been fixed. You still can get water. Of course this isn't an issue, however, that, along with several other small things like a very loose toilet seat in the shower room, a loose seat at the dining table and a loose handle on a cupboard door in the hallway just gave me the impression that all these things have been reported on reviews. Nothing and months has been done about any of them even though they're small things. The lack of attention to detail in that sense is telling perhaps. The owner or manager told us that he was struggling to get a plumber to attend to do the tap. I can imagine this is a case in most towns and villages perhaps and I'm not being sarcastic. Try and get a plumber to come and stay and offer a discount. Maybe he could fix the taps while he's there and I mean that light-heartedly. Overall, this is a nice comfortable apartment warm, but lastly and I did bring this up with the management about the fact the cleaner had missed some form of matter attached to the toilet basin within the large double room. He said normally the cleaners would be spot on and I could see where they might have missed it. However, it wasn't very nice for my stepdaughter when she found it. She's a bit squeamish. I don't report this and got a reply from the owner stroke manager who seemed to just brush it aside and imply that maybe we were mistaken, but that's just my guess. He could have been sincere.
