"nice penthouse room rental in Chianti"

the location was fabulous, owner was very kind

we thought it was a separate apartment but it was the penthouse rooms/top floor of the house where the owner lives and her living space was only separated by screens so we could here her as if she was in our apartment, so it didn’t feel private. we could hear her taking a shower, chatting with her cat, making food. she was quiet and respectful, but it was a shared space not an independent apartment as we originally expected when we booked it.
