Very friendly and helpful owner who also spoke great English (which is very rare). The location was excellent right inside the historic town very near many restaurants and bars etc. The room and amenities were perfect for a couple. The town is very betrally located so close to many attractions but quiet enough in the evenings that you can relax without the crazy tourist noise and commotion.

The internet (wifi) was a bit temperamental, not working at times. But this seems to be an issue all over Toscana

The accommodation is located in the historic part of the city, there are several restaurants in the vicinity, the possibility of shopping is also easily accessible. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is clean.

central to the activities we planed to do around, large and well equipped appartment for our need. Large fridge size was appreciated. Host was polite and helped to the best he could.

2 things made our stay not as perfect as expected. We needed a high speed internet connection in order to plan efficiently our stay and the activities every day. It was absolutely not provided as we expected, this was a shock for us, and required to buy expensive internet data package to compensate for this service not available during our stay. We were surprise to realise that with windows open, we heard very late loud music, looks like a neighbor or a bar down stair was playing music, late for us.

It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The room is large and the bed was comfortable. It is located in a very quiet spot central to all the attractions and restaurants of this small medieval town. The kitchen is well equipped to cook basic meals.

It was colder than usual in Tuscany during my stay and the heating system in the apartment was not sufficient to keep the temperature at a comfortable level, especially during the evening and night. Not a big issue for me as I spent most of the time outside the apartment, but it could be a bit unpleasant if one had to spend a lot of time inside.
