Casa Dany, luminoso trilocale con grande terrazza, box auto e AC

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, ha una bella terrazza e lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo. Comodo avere il garage, anche se ci vuole qualche manovra per entrare, noi abbiamo tenuto l’auto li per tutto il soggiorno perché a santa margherita e dintorni non è comodissimo muoversi in macchina. La zona è comoda e vicina a tutto. Corina è stata sempre molto efficiente nelle comunicazioni e ha lasciato una lista con dei consigli per girare la zona (ristoranti, spiagge, orari dei bus ecc) che abbiamo trovato molto utile. In generale torneremmo volentieri.

This stay was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing, very good, prompt and clear communication around access and arrival, and while we did not use it in the end, arranged an early arrival for us. Was nice having a garage to park the car. Walkable to the beach, and very close to a supermarket. House has everything you need, and appreciated the coffee.

Only comment on the property is that it definitely feels like someone else’s private holiday home, with the kids bits around and furniture choices, the pictures do clearly represent this so o booked knowing it but it might be something to consider looking at moving forward.

Appartement très bien situé avec une terrasse très sympa

Dany is the hostess with the mostest! She made sure that I arrived, got parked, settled in, and was there for local city information, restaurant recommendations and all “Help me please” needs! The apartment was super clean, comfortable and located within walking distance from everything.

What’s not to like? A very beautiful place!

Good location and for families Kitchen equipped same as other rooms

Nice location near the supermarket, and 10 minutes walk from the waterfront. Clean, big terasse, good basis to visit Portofino.

Appartment is in the residental building. The walls are thick, so at night you can hear the neigbours TV. Outside noise is manageable. Doors to bathroom is partly from milk glass, so there is not much of a noise insulation. Way to the garage is really narrow, so going in or out is a challenge. We somehow managed by having two people watching left and right side of the car, but unfortunatelly, I have damaged the car in my first attempt to get into the garage.
