The price of this apartment is pretty high and you are waiting to get all you need, but - the pan is awful, it’s impossible to cook even eggs. And the stuff for washing dishes should be changed, I think it’s the cheapest and your hand after washing will not tell you thank you - also the water pressure in the shower was low

Had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Water was supplied at our request which was very much appreciated.

The hairdryer wasn't great, it got very hot when using it. Maybe a better quality hairdryer would be better. Also the shower wasn't very good. Just a few little things will improve the overall experience

I liked the view from the terrace, private garage and service was really helpful 24/7.

We had problems with hot water in the shower.

1. The view is amazing 2. Easy access with everything explained before arriving (where to find the key, WiFi password, garage remote) 3. Really nice pool, seems small but is not crowded, enough for 3-4 couples and a few kids 4. Fully equipped kitchen (we really cooked at home and we had everything we needed) 5. The terrace is really big and is nice to have breakfast with that view. Dinner and sunset is an amazing option as well. 😉 6. We really used the A/C and for us was a must so... Depends on everyone's preferences. 7. TV in both rooms with smart options, USB sticks work really good as well. 8. For those who travel during colder periods this accommodation also has mobile heating device. (we didn't use it though 😅) 9. The bathroom is equipped as well, has a hairdryer, a bath if anyone has that preference. 10. Overall a great accommodation, modern, clean and quiet. 😊

Well... There is a small inconvenience regarding water pressure... Is really weak on hottest temperature, but hot water comes eventually and you can only use it on medium temperature for a good shower so mixing the two pressures you can take a good shower and is nothing to worry. I think you can manage this issue that I understand happens during the warmer months (July and August). Is also stressful that if you forget the keys inside the apartment and you close the door behind you, you can't go back, can't open the door. 🫣 Lucky for us, the neighbours were home and we used the balconies. 😅 In the same door chapter, balcony door... if you close it a little harder from the terrace, you might lock yourself outside 😅.

The view! You can't take your eyes off it. It's the perfect start and finish to every adventure. And the location is the perfect place for adventures, highly recommend the islands many hikes and kayaking to the secret cove from the beach below the apartment. Just perfect.

- The water pressure is really bad. - The fridge is old and loud at night. - only one trash bag is not enough for 5 days! Also the toilet papers.

Great view on Los Gigantes

The appartment is not in a good condition. Fridge is noisy and almost no pressure in the water pipes so that showering is barely possible plus a lot of minor issues which could be easily fixed. In addition, the rental company did not seem to care too much for their guests. There was a problem with the water supply during our stay due to a pipe that was damaged by street workers. We have been for almost two days without any water but we were neither provided with alternative sanitary installations nor were we offered a compensation. So do not expect much support if anything should go wrong. They provided us with updates on the repair status but besides that their policy was basically "not our fault, not our problem"

Loved everything about this place. Very comfortable with every facility you could want. Really spacious inside and out. You can sit on your balcony either at the table or on the sunbeds with room to spare and lots of privacy. All rooms were spacious, with lots of storage space in the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows, which is normally a problem for me when I go away. Good quality bedding and towels. The views from the apartment are amazing and the location is excellent. Literally a 5 minute walk down the hill and you are in Los Gigantes. The host has thought of everything and the communication from Eden Rentals was exceptional.

The hot water pressure is really bad but once you get the balance of the water by adding cold water its much better. I think the fridge may have been ready to be replaced as it wasnt getting that cold but I reported it to Eden and they said they would deal with it asap.
