It was very smart, clean and modern

The views from the windows were disappointing to say the least… one window was on the inside corridor (had to keep the window and blind shut), so other guests couldn’t see in and the other was a not fully opening bathroom window, overlooking what looked like a side storage place, so no air flowing. There was a small communal area with hot tub but the hot tub was closed off (had been for some time) and there was no sun there, it was very closed in. I had to pay €300 deposit, which I was told would be refunded 10days after check out (as long as there were no issues, so I darent use anything) but it took the bank ‘til the end of the month to refund, which wasn’t ideal since I was only the temporarily but on the island for 4wks

It was clean. The puctires outside the property is as it is inside.

Its not suitable for disabled the stairs are to much. When the people cook on the next room the smell was terrible it comes through. No balcony no pool. If theres a fire no way out. Noisy. Kids kicking balls late at night running up and down. Noisy . When ur in bed you have to climb over the person next to you to get out. . It needs cleaning up outsidevthe property. Its very dirty lots of comings and goings on underneath. Scary for older people. Definatly not suitable for older couples. Didnt like having to enter the property through the big white blocked door. I felt unsafe . They didnt understand. Booking .com didnt give us much help. We tried to cancel the property before we evan got there. It looks great its like the pictures outside the property. As i say its clean got faciltys to dobur washing. Its suitable for somewhere just to go out get drunk and be able to sleep. Not suitable to relax eat and enjoy your stay. Jyst a place to get ur head down. Dont agree with having a 300 pound deposit. Held for 7 days after you book out . 4 star hotels dont evan take that. But a greart area to be shops pubs . Good for single men. The doors to your room are bolted very well and secure.. But the only way out of the property is back down about 20 stairs. If theres a fire . Definatly no children not suitable. Cards in the room saying pool and barabacue area to be kept clean . They dont exist. All in all a really our experance was shocking.and a bad one . We didnt sleep at all. Lots of comings and goings from people underneath the property. We asked could we evan have half our money back to go somewhere suitable. But it is what it is they say. So makes sure you know where your going maybe go look before you stay. Would not stay for free. Advice stay in the pubs all night If it had had a balcony we would of thrown ourselves off it. Each nite got worse over 6 nights 7 days
