"Prima appartement op een een zeer goede locatie, alleen onderhoud en schoonmaak was wat minder."

Locatie van het appartement ligt op een mooie locatie.

De schoonmaak van het appartement was dit jaar onvoldoende. Badkamer was niet schoon (tandpasta van de vorige bewoners zat nog op de muur achter de wasbak, keuken was niet schoon. Broodrooster was vies en vond nog een half opgegeten bounty in een van de keukenkastjes. Ook zag je vergeleken met 2024 dat het appartement qua onderhoud achteruit is gegaan. In de wc bleef het water doorlopen, hordeur kapot en kon deze niet gebruiken. Lades van het kastje badkamer zijn verzakt en gaan moeilijk open en dicht.
