Parque Santiago II Duplex

Location is great. Duplex apartment is ideal. Area is great for walking. Complex has a nice pool, area kept really well. There are surf beaches close by for experienced surfers. Beaches for swimming also close. Plenty of choice for eating out. Great promenade for walking, drinking, and eating.

Had to call rental company as the patio door was broken on arrival and would not lock. Took a couple of days to get sorted. The apartment needs a blind at kitchen window as the outside light is so bright it's like sleeping in daylight at night. It's on all night too.. Need more info on arrival about complex. Eg there is a lift instead of stairs to get cases to apartment.

I got a letter for parking my disabled scooter on the second floor, my commendation was on the third floor cause of the distance they left was dodgy and I found it very hard to walk up the stairs, so I would not book this property again

The property is beautiful well maintained and spotlessly clean. In the main had almost everything we needed. The location is good and the pool area is very well kept.

The fans for use in the property (in the main bedroom mainly) were really poor they really need to be replaced with something suitable - highly uncomfortable nights in the high temperatures at this time of year was reduced to sleeping with a dampened towel

The location was good , very clean .

You have to pay to use the pool area , €3.50 for a bed (plastic no mattress ) , €1.50 for a mattress , €1.50 for an umbrella . This is to be paid every time you visit the pool area . No air con in the rooms , it’s very hard to sleep at night. The bar is over priced closes at seven as does the pool . No lilo’s allowed in the pool .
