"Relaxing stay"

Lovely, quiet apartment tucked away in the corner of the complex but close enough to the pool area. It has its own outside space with sun shade including sun loungers and table/chairs. Apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for a self catering stay (even an emergency sewing kit!).

"Perfect accommodation and would recommend."

Excellent location, very clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed, including towels, amenities, washing machine and a very well stocked book library. Trouble free arrangements following the booking process with how to obtain keys, WiFi etc. TV worked well with some English channels. Lovely kitchen area.

Few ants seen by the sofa on arrival, didn’t cause an issue with our stay.

The only problem with the flat is the noise of the emptying of the bottle banks through the night which was directly behind the bedroom.

Perfect location easy to walk between Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Santa was very responsive.

The WiFi was not stable. Luckily we had own data bundles

"I do not recommend"

"Apartment" is very close to the beach.

- The apartment has not 50sq m like they say on booking. It is 30-35sq m - Curtains and sofa was never cleaned or wash - dirty and dusty - check out at 10am so if your flight is late, good luck - there is no reception desk so you can't leave your luggage after early check out - with this budget you can rent much newer and nicer apartment close by - old furnitures - there is no option to open the window in bedroom - room is just next to the gate and it is loud 24/7, people going back and forth even at night - the garbage is just in front of the bedroom and it is stinky
