Super location, walkable to food shops, restaurants and quiet side streets off the travelled paths, exceptionally well kept modern apartments, very attentive and friendly staff that were responsive to needs! Really enjoyed this place a lot, will return for our next winter trip!

We couldn't have stayed at a better place! The host was so kind and helpful, the appartment was clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet. Supermarked and nice restaurants close by. We will absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this part of Gran Canaria. Franc's place is ideally situated with great local restaurants and tapas bars close by. The apartment was impeccably clean and with all modern conveniences. Franc was a friendly and obliging host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Will definitely return.

Fabulous contemporary modern apartment with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Frank our house was very friendly, helpful and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We will definitely return.

Many thanks for our wonderful stay. Franc is a great person, very polite, intelligent, caring and helpful. The appartment is very clean, beautiful and comfortable, well equipped, you have everything you need there. There is a separate space for relaxation on the roof, with loungers, an additional shower and other amenities, which is really nice. Linen and towels were changed several times. In general, Arguineguín is a wonderful place, both to stay there and to explore the island. There are several beaches around. The overall ambiance is special, and you can dive into a real life of Canary Islanders there - which you will never experience in those huge hotels. So, if you enjoy truly getting to know different places, people, cultures, this should be your choice. Please don't miss the restaurant Cofradia Pescadores de Arguineguín. It may look simple, but is something exception (the way they cook, the freshness and quality of fish, and the friendly staff).

There is a fan (ventilator) in the apartment instead of an air conditioner. It's a smart and innovative one, however regulating the temperature was not always easy.

Very nice owner. Appartment in great shape and equipped with everything you need. Good value for the money. Washing machine is nice.

There is only street parking available and it can be tricky from time to time.
