Nos gustó todo y sobre todo, la amabilidad del propietario y su ayuda.

Хорошая, чистая квартира, в которой помимо стиральной машины есть также сушильная машина. Вид на море и правда с боку 😄. Остальные два окна смотрят на заднюю улицу. В квартире был значительный запас питьевой воды, кофе, чая, специй, масла и прочего, а также вся необходимая бытовая химия и средства гигиены. Супермаркет super Dino расположен прям в этом здании,что очень удобно. До автобусных остановок пройти 5 минут.

Можно было бы обновить посуду.

En general, me parece que los precios en esta zona están demasiado elevados, y no lo digo solo por este, sino por todos.

Die Wohnung war tadellos, es war sauber alles vorhanden was man so benötigt .Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und immer erreichbar für Fragen. Gutes Internet verfügbar. Fernseher hat zwar kein deutsches Programm aber Youtube Premium ,alles okay Die Lage war super, Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Garage zu haben ist auch von Vorteil, da die Parkplätze dort sehr rar sind. Ich hatte zwar kein Auto sondern ein Motorrad, aber so klein wie andere schreiben ist der Stellplatz nun nicht. Mein Auto (Opel Astra) hätte da bequem reingepasst .Also Kleinwagen/Kompaktklasse passt locker. Wir konnten auch am Check out Tag unser Gepäck noch in der Wohnung lassen und in Ruhe Mittag essen gehen. Top

Du musst dir bewusst sein das man in mitten einer großen Stadt wohnt. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch. Die Mülltonnen stehen unten an der Strasse und werden jede Nacht um 1 Uhr abgeholt. Das gibt natürlich Geräusche. Ich will da nichts abwerten, sollte man mit klarkommen.

Perfekte Lage. Ich hatte um Vorbereitung der Schlafcouch gebeten, hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon drei Stunden früher als Check in abgegeben.

This flat had a very good location,15 minuts to the Santa Catalina bus station,where you can get to the south(to Mogan bus 91 and Maspalomas bus 30) and the airport bus 60.A flat got everything what you need ,dryer machine also if you need it when you wet 😁.The bed is very comfortable, Leaving room got very big sofabed and comfy.There os also market Dino next to the building no problem to do shopping,and various restaurants,itd we ate at La Tortuga 7 minutes from the apartment,the food is really good,yes there are many different places.Also you can take bus 234 to visist Banana farm. The information is 10 minutes walk when you come out from the building from ocean side go to the left and walk. I like this apartment and I will definitely come back again,it's worth the money. Swimming pool on the first flool with a view of the ocean.Perfect 👍👌 Commucation with the owner is great via what's up I recommend it, it's really worth it

This apartment has excellent location, just behind the beach sidewalk. It was very clean and well fitted for us, a couple. The host responded always promptly on WatsAp.

However, we had difficulties in the beginning to find out how the remote keys worked. There is no balcony belonging to the apartment, as shown on the promotion pictures.
