Grösse der Wohnung, Ausstattung gut, Aussicht sehr gut, super Badezimmer, Sofa auf dem Balkon, viel Stauraum, Fahrstuhl in den 5. Stock. Umgebung mit Restaurants, Cafes und Bars in Laufnähe

Hintere Terrasse ist nicht benutzbar, da alle Küchendünste aus den Restaurants im EG hochziehen, dadurch Schlafzimmer erst nach Mitternacht zu lüften. Abgeklebte Fenster in einigen Räumen, Geschirrausstattung in der Küche sehr knapp, vorderer Balkon mit Meerblick fast immer windig (es ist die Surferecke)

Muy buena ubicación. Hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. Aunque no lo pedimos, al saber que íbamos con niños pequeños, nos dejaron preparada una cuna, que fue un gran detalle.

"Great Host, Great Apartment!"

The host’s communications were excellent, pre and post booking. Location couldn’t have been better for us and the parking wasn’t too bad considering how close you are to the beach. Checkin was made simple via the restaurant below. The top floor apartment (B) was a generous size, well laid out, clean and comfortable for two people. The views from the front balcony are fantastic and the added bonus of the rear private patio and drying area were a welcome addition. This all represents good value for money.
