Very easy access to the apartment. Super location, there is a parking garage nearby (20m), the beach promenade with restaurants and cafes is 60m away.

Nice, bright, and modernly furnished apartments located right next to the beach. Everything necessary for comfortable living is available in the apartments. Check-in and check-out are convenient and straightforward! The hostess Marianna is very responsive and helpful; it was very pleasant to communicate with her! I will gladly return to these apartments for my next vacation as well!

The location is perfect, two minutes from the beach with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby . The apartment is very functional , clean and well equipped. Fantastic support from the manager, Marianna, always available to answer our queries

As the apartment is on the ground floor there is not much natural light. However, it is two minutes from the beach, so it is not much of a problem. The only annoying issue is the noise of the air conditioning systems in the backyard. Other than that the location is very quiet considering that it is so central .

Location is perfect just one block from the beach, beds and the sheets are really comfy. Host is super helpful and fast!

"a lovely stay in a pleasant part of Las Palmas"

spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location, just minutes from the beach and a short walk to Santa Catalina bus station, so it was easy to travel around the island. Although we didn’t meet Marianna, she was very helpful with maps and information on how to find the apartment and access it. She kept in touch via text through the week to check that everything was ok.

The appartment was very clean, modern and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a stay. Marianna was extremely helpful whenever we needed something.

As the appartment is on the ground floor there is litte direct sunlight, but as it is directly next to the beach that didn't bother too much
