NUEVO luminoso y con terrazas junto a la playa

It was a nice comfortable apartment with a decent bed. It had a very cozy feel to it and only steps away from the beach.

I was arriving late and they do not have a lock box which they explained was due to the neighbours not allowing it. Late check in cost me another 40 Euros for someone to meet me there. The owner communicated this to me and tried her best to accommodate me. After booking I received the rules in a pdf which states not to use the towels for the beach. Their response was to bring one from home. I already left home and was travelling for a month thus no extra room for a towel. She then said to buy one. I don't see what the big deal is to provide some extra towels considering the price I had to pay. the pdf with the rules had instructions for where to find free parking and paid parking. I would suggest to actually put the map link so you could open it on your phone to make it easier to find. Since I arrived late the employee said it is free parking at night until 9am. Therefore I parked at the beach parking lot and in the morning went to find the parking. This was not easy with no map link and the traffic on a Sunday was crazy. It took me 90 minutes of driving around and I finally found a place (that was not on the pdf instructions) on the street 1.2 kms away. 64 steps to get to the third floor. Good exercise, lol.

El apartamento es nuevo, limpio y luminoso.

Está en una tercera planta sin ascensor y no se indica en los detalles del apartamento, fui con gente mayor y es dificultoso subir hasta arriba y si se trata de una familia con niños pequeños igual de dificultoso. De haber sabido q está en un tercer piso no hubiera ido porque mis padres son mayores y les costó subir tantas escaleras.

Location very close to beach, large common space and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and cloth washer). Nespresso coffee machine. Was very quiet. Parking was easy at the beach parking. It was not free but it was very cheap. We would arrive at 7 to 8PM and pay 3Euro (coins only, no bills, no cards). This would give us 3hours of parking during working hours and free parking overnight after 8PM. So one hour before 8PM, free overnight then 2 hours in the morning starting at 9AM. There is free parking elsewhere but it's quite far away.

Dirty stairway up to 3rd floor with very poor lighting. AC was only in common room and didn't cool the kitchen, 3rd bedroom and second bathroom very well. Balcony was dirty and view is of dirty unappealing interior courtyard only. Balcony curtains were very dirty. Street level door was very difficult to open and was left open(unlatched). The one time I had to open it, I almost gave up and was going to ask a local waitress to try to open it for us...
