Sehr schönes Apartment mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern. Wie haben uns in den stylischen Räumen mit Deckenmalereien sehr wohlgefühlt. Dazu der Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand und die Piazza, was will man mehr. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit wertvollen Tips versorgt und uns sogar mit einer Pfanne zum Fischbraten ausgeholfen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider etwas mangelhaft. Nicht einmal Salz und Pfeffer oder Zucker waren vorhanden und die Küchenutensilien sind auch etwas dürftig. Aber uns wurde zumindest mit einer größeren Pfanne ausgeholfen😘.

Ми були в захваті від апартаменту, його зручності та дизайну. Особливо відчувалася турбота власників, це чудові і привітні люди. Ми провели незабутні дні і насолодилися перебуванням в Санто-Стефано.

I was long considering whether I should come back to that experiance. Everyting was well (apart from unaficient air condition - there is one split for entire flat so you have to sleep with all doors open - otherwise you boil). But that is ok. The nightmagre started as we left. We started to receive offending messages that we left the apratment dirty, we damaged the kichten floor (we are a family of four with kids at univercities). I tried to call and ask what is wrong but Valentina did not picked up and keep sending more messages. She asked for 500 EUR for the floor (vinyl panels that we did nothing to it) - stating she will ask fo comansation. I tried to explain that there was nothing wrong when we left. Finally she apologies stating the she was in a rush becouse of other clients coming! I was in shock and disbelieve. Terrible experiance! I messaged her on booking just to be secured in case there are further steps. Next day she wrote that apart from floor we also damaged windows, kitchen table and some sort of cupboards. We taveled the world and never ever had such an experiance. We rented the place for a week in August paying the highest rates. We were left without single cloth, brush or hoover to clean and expecting from the landlord to leave the apartment spotless is just so unfair, rude. We felt humiliated. So please be careful. Make pictures of everything just after you enter the place and before you leave and send to the landlord. Till today I am shaking when thinking of that terrible, terrible experiance.

The apartment is very clean and nice, with a beautiful view and a perfect location. There are different useful things in the apartment, like cutlery, a coffee machine, a toaster, etc. The sea is across the street, there are different cafes and restaurants nearby, also pharmacy, bakeries, and a small supermarket. The host is very hospitable and helpful. We were given a baby cot and a high chair. We were also given a small gift at checkout. We really enjoyed being there.

We spent really awesome holiday here. The apartment is very comfortable, truly clean and nice. The owners are very nice and helpful - nothing was a problem. The beach with sand just in front of the house is the best in the area, sea is shallow and warm - ideal for kids. Location only one hour from France and Monaco offers many possibilities for trips, either for example historical town Taggia etc. Parking a few minutes from the apartment on the street for free. We would like to really recommend it ❤️
